INGREDIENTS
4 cups Cucumber, sliced thin
2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
1 tablespoon Coconut Aminos
½ tablespoon Tamari
1 pinch of Red Chili Flakes

In a medium bowl combine the rice vinegar, coconut aminos, tamari and red chili flakes. Stir to combine and add in the sliced cucumber, toss to coat and enjoy.
