RECIPE SUMMARY
Chimichurri Sauce
Makes 4 Servings: Counts towards 2 tablespoons Oil
INGREDIENTS
1 bunch of Parsley
1 bunch of Cilantro
½ cup Olive Oil
½ cup Onion
2 Limes, juiced
1 Clove of Garlic
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Coriander
1 teaspoon Sea Salt
½ a Jalapeño, seeded
DIRECTIONS

Place the jalapeño, onion and garlic in a food processor and blend until finely chopped. Add the herbs and rest of the ingredients and blend until thoroughly combined.
