Chicken Zucchini Sliders

Wash the zucchini and slice into ½-inch rounds.
In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, egg whites, salt, pepper, hot sauce, spinach and feta.
Make meat-ball sized balls and flatten them into little patties.
In a frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and cook the patties for about 2 to 3 minutes per side, just enough to brown. Set aside on a plate lined with paper towels to soak up any excess oil.
In the same pan, heat the second tablespoon of oil and lightly brown the zucchini rounds on each side; roughly 1 to 2 minutes per side.
Take two rounds and add a patty in the middle to make a slider.
