Preheat the oven to 425°F. Grease a baking sheet and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the zucchini, chicken, onion, jalapeño, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika with hands until completely incorporated. Scoop heaping tablespoons onto the greased baking sheet, spacing each meatball at least 1 inch apart. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until the centers are firm; remove from the oven and set aside.
Reposition the oven rack to the top and switch the oven to broil.
Sprinkle the tops of each chicken popper with feta cheese and broil until lightly browned.
