Cauliflower Potato Salad

INGREDIENTS
3½ cups (About 1 Head) Cauliflower, steamed
2 Hard boiled Eggs
½ cup Walden Farms Amazin’ Mayo
¼ cup Walden Farms Honey Dijon Mustard Dressing
1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
¼ cup Red Onion, chopped
¼ cup Dill Pickle, diced
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Paprika and Parsley, to taste
DIRECTIONS

Chop steamed cauliflower into bite size pieces.

Dice the eggs very finely and add to the cauliflower along with the red onions.

Mix in the Walden Farms Mayo, Walden Farms Honey Dijon mustard dressing, yellow mustard, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with paprika for color.
