Cauliflower Biscuits

INGREDIENTS

 2 cups Riced Cauliflower
 4 Egg Whites
 2 to 3 tablespoons Garlic Paste
 8 tablespoons Reduced Fat Feta Cheese
 ½ teaspoon Mrs. Dash Table Blend
 ½ teaspoon Pepper
 4 tablespoons Olive Oil
 ½ teaspoon Paprika

 

DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 375°F, and line a muffin tray with paper muffin wrappers. Spray the wrappers with olive oil.

Sauté the garlic in olive oil over medium high heat; set aside.

Steam the cauliflower rice in the microwave for 5 to 6 minutes; squeeze out excess water using cheesecloth.

In a bowl, combine the cauliflower, egg whites, seasonings, cheese, and garlic oil.

Spread the cauliflower dough into muffin tins; sprinkle with paprika and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
