Heat a medium pan over high heat and add the oil. Add in the cherry tomatoes.
Cook the tomatoes for 5-7 minutes or until the skin begins to wilt and bubble. Add in the garlic and cook for another 30 seconds or until aromatic.
Reduce the pan to low heat and add in the zucchini noodles, basil and reduced fat feta cheese. Toss and season with sea salt and black pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes depending on your desired zoodle consistency.
