Cajun Steak Bites
Makes 8 servings: Counts towards 2 Oz Meat, ¼ tablespoon Oil

Slice steak into ½”-1” cubes and place in either a Ziploc or a shallow bowl. In a small dish combine all the ingredients for the 30/10 Cajun seasoning and set aside.
On top of the cubed steak add all of the steak marinade ingredients, make sure each cube gets coated by the marinade and place it in the fridge to marinate for 8-14 hours.
Remove the steak from the fridge and bring a large pan up to medium high heat. Add in 2 tablespoons of Avocado Oil.
Remove the marinated beef cubes from the marinade and dry them on a paper towel, season the beef with 1 tablespoon of the 30/10 Cajun Seasoning.
Gently place the seasoned beef cubes in the oil being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Flip the cubes over as soon as they sear and remove them from the pan within 3 minutes.
Pour any remaining pan drippings over the beef bites and serve, for an easy to grab appetizer place a toothpick in each steak bite before serving.
