Cabbage Hash
Makes 2 servings: Counts towards 2 cups of vegetables ( ½ cup restricted vegetables), ½ tablespoon oil
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon Avocado Oil
1 cup Onion, diced
3 cups Green Cabbage, shredded
Sea Salt to Taste
Black Pepper to Taste

Heat oil in a large pan over medium high heat then add in the diced onions. Sauté until tender about 2-3 minutes.

Add the shredded cabbage to the pan and sauté until tender about 3 minutes. Season with sea salt and pepper and enjoy.
