Another Delicious 30/10 Recipe

with Green Cabbage Slaw

RECIPE SUMMARY

Makes 2 servings: Counts towards 1 serving of Animal Protein, 2 cups of vegetables (1 cup restricted)

 

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients:
 2 personal servings Ground Beef
 Sea Salt to taste
 Black Pepper to Taste
 ¼ cup WF Mayonnaise
 1 teaspoon Apple Cider vinegar
 1 drop plain Stevia
 2 cups Green Cabbage, shredded
 1 cup Red Cabbage, shredded
 1 cup Carrots, shredded
 Butter Lettuce leaves 2-4, washed and dried

 

DIRECTIONS

Directions:

Heat grill to high heat.

In a medium bowl combine the Ground Beef, sea salt and black pepper, shape into two patties and grill for 2-3 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached.

In a large bowl combine the Walden Farms Mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, stevia, sea salt and pepper. Stir until no lumps remain. Add in the shredded cabbage and carrots and stir to coat. Serve with the burgers wrapped in lettuce.
