INGREDIENTS

 12 Chicken Wings, skinless
 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
 ¼ cup Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
 1 clove of Garlic, minced
 ¼ teaspoon Paprika
 ¼ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
 ¼ teaspoon Salt
 Dash of Pepper
Ranch Dip
 1 cup Walden Farms Amazin’ Mayo
 ½ cup Walden Farms Ranch Dressing
 ¼ - ½ Teaspoon White Vinegar
 1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
 1 tablespoon Dried Parsley
 2 tablespoons Fresh Chives
 1 teaspoon Dried Dill
 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
 1 teaspoon Oregano
 Salt and Pepper, to taste
 Pinch of Cayenne Pepper, to taste

 

DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place with chicken wings; bake wings for about 25 minutes until juices run clear.

While the chicken wings bake, combine the garlic and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave for 30 to 45 minutes or until coconut oil is melted; add the remaining ingredients to a bowl and stir until combined.

In a separate bowl, combine all ingredients for ranch dip and whisk to combine.

Once the wings are done cooking, toss in the hot sauce and serve with homemade dip.
