Buffalo Hot Wings

 INGREDIENTS

 

 1 Personal Serving Bone-In Chicken Wings
 ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
 ¼ teaspoon Onion Powder
 Sea Salt & Pepper, to taste
 1 tablespoon Avocado Oil
 ¼ cup Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce

 

DIRECTIONS

Preheat air fryer according to instructions (about 180 degrees for 5 minutes), or the oven to 375.

In a small bowl, combine the seasonings; pat dry the wings and sprinkle with seasoning mix.

Place the wings in the basket of the air fryer and set the poultry setting to 16 minutes for thawed, 22 to 25 minutes for frozen, or in the oven on a baking sheet for 12 to 17 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165.

In a sauce pan, heat the oil with the buffalo sauce over low heat until hot. When the wings are done, remove with tongs and toss gently in the buffalo sauce until well coated.
