INGREDIENTS

 8 Jalapeño Peppers, cut in half lengthwise
 5 oz. Chicken, cooked and shredded
 ¼ cup Walden Farms Amazin’ Mayo
 ¼ cup Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
 ¼ cup Reduced Fat Feta Cheese
 ¼ cup Red Bell Pepper, finely chopped
 2 tablespoons Green Onions, finely chopped

 

DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and deseed.

In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the mayo, hot sauce, feta cheese, chopped bell pepper, and green onions until well incorporated.

Scoop the buffalo chicken and stuff into the jalapeño halves; place the poppers on a baking sheet and place in the oven to cook for 15 minutes.
