 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
 Pepper, to taste
 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
 ½ cup Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
 2 tablespoons Green Onion, chopped
 ½ cup Walden Farms Blue Cheese Dressing

 

DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 450°F.

Cut the cauliflower into bite size pieces, discarding the core.

Combine the almond milk, pancake packet, garlic powder, pepper, and olive oil in a large bowl; dip the cauliflower pieces in the batter (letting any excess drip off), then place on a baking sheet lined with foil and bake for 15 minutes.

Heat the buffalo sauce in the microwave or on the stove; remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss in the buffalo sauce, generously coating the cauliflower, but do not soak.

Place the cauliflower bites back onto the baking sheet and cook for an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender crisp.

Top with the blue cheese dressing and green onions.
