Heat the olive oil in a sauce pan on medium high heat and add in garlic; cook until light brown. Add in the broccoli and celery along with the salt and ginger, cooking for about 1 and a half minutes. Add in the red bell pepper and season again with salt and ginger.
Turn the heat down to medium low, constantly stirring the vegetables. Add in the green onions, stevia, and red pepper flakes, cooking vegetables to desired texture.
Season to personal preference and serve!
