Brussel Sprouts with Capers and Red Onion

INGREDIENTS

 1½ cups Brussel Sprouts, quartered
 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
 ½ cup Red Onion, chopped
 ¾ teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
 ¾ teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
 1 teaspoon Garlic Pepper
 Sea Salt, to taste

 

DIRECTIONS

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Sauté the Brussel sprouts until slightly browned, about 10 to 12 minutes; add in the capers, onions, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and garlic pepper, stir.

Serve and enjoy!
