Blasted Broccoli

Makes 1 Serving: Counts towards 2 cups Vegetables, 2 tablespoons Oil

 

INGREDIENTS

 2 cups Broccoli Florets
 2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
 Sea Salt & Pepper, to taste
 ¼ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

 

DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 450°F.

Spread the broccoli onto a baking sheet and drizzle with the olive oil; season with salt and pepper.

Roast the broccoli for 15 minutes and sprinkle the tops with minced garlic and red pepper flakes; roast for another 5 to 8 minutes until broccoli is browned.
