Black and Tan Pork

In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the pork. Add the pork loin to the mixture and marinade for 1-2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Remove pork loin from marinade, reserving ¼ cup of the marinade for the glaze. Set pork loin on a cookie sheet and bake for 35-45 minutes.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
In a skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil.
Add onion and garlic, cook until translucent about 2-3 minutes.
Add the reserved marinade, and the remainder of the ingredients for the glaze.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce to a simmer and let cook until the quantity has been reduced by half, about 15-20 minutes.
Pour over the cooked pork tenderloin and serve!
