1 teaspoon Minced Dry Onions
1 cup Dill Pickle, chopped
4 cups Iceberg Lettuce, shredded
2 tablespoons Walden Farms Thousand Island Dressing
Salt & Pepper, to taste

In a skillet, brown the ground beef and drain off any fat; season with salt and pepper.

Soak the dry onions in a little bit of water to rehydrate them. Place the meat in a large salad bowl and add the remaining ingredients; toss and serve.
