Preheat the oven to 375ºF. Line a sheet tray with parchment paper.
Place the salmon filets skin side down on the sheet tray and season them with sea salt and black pepper. Place the salmon in the oven for 10 minutes.
While the salmon is roasting, combine all the 30/10 Pesto ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until smooth.
Remove the salmon from the oven and cover it with the pesto. Place the salmon back in the oven until the internal temperature reaches 145ºF, about 5-7 more minutes.
