Baked Kale Chips

Makes 1 Serving: Each serving counts toward 2 cups Vegetables, 1 tablespoon Oil

 

INGREDIENTS

 2 cups Kale, roughly chopped into bite size pieces
 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
 1 teaspoon Sea Salt

 

DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Wash and dry the kale thoroughly with a salad spinner. Place evenly on the baking sheet.

Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt; bake for about 10 to 15 minutes or until the edges brown.
