2 tablespoons Tamari
1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
¼ teaspoon Ground Ginger
¼ teaspoon Allspice
¼ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

In a Ziploc bag, combine the tamari with all the spices and add the salmon; let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.

When ready to cook, place the salmon on a baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145.
