Asian Chicken Wraps

In a bowl, mix together the ground chicken with the onions and season with salt and pepper. Roll into a meatball and flatten to make a patty.
In a medium saucepan, heat the olive oil on medium high heat and add in the tamari. Once hot, add in the grated ginger and the packet of stevia. Cook for roughly 3 minutes and reduce the heat to bring to a simmer.
In a separate pan, cook the chicken patties on medium high heat for 2 minutes on each side.
Lay out the butter lettuce and place the patty in the middle of the leaf; drizzle sauce on top and wrap.
