Ahi Tuna Poke

INGREDIENTS

 2 lbs Sushi-Grade Tuna, cut into ½ inch pieces
 1 tbsp Tamari
 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  1/2 tsp Walden Farms Pancake Syrup
  2 Cloves of Garlic
  1/2 Ginger, grated
 1 pinch of Cayenne Pepper
 1/2 cups Onion, thinly sliced
 2 Green Onions, sliced

 

DIRECTIONS

Combine the tamari, sesame oil, vinegar, pancake syrup, and ginger together in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, toss the remaining ingredients together. Add the sauce from step one, a toss to coat.
