The 30/10 Weight Loss for Life program is based on accountability, diet, behavior modification, and education – learning about what food does to your body. Each plan is individualized based on your specific needs.
The first step is to come in for your initial consultation. One of our caring consultants will spend time going over your in-depth health profile and your results from our medical-grade body composition scale. We really want to get to know you –your lifestyle, medical history, eating habits, and what caused the extra weight in the first place. From there we can design a program that will meet your needs and is tailored to your body.
Once you have signed up for your 30/10 program one of our certified coaches or on-staff nutritionists will sit down with you and explain how to follow your plan. They will work with you on how to integrate your plan with your day-to-day lifestyle, introduce our foods to you, give you tips and tricks for success, and be there to answer any questions you might have.
Each week you can look forward to seeing your body change as we track your results on our medical-grade body composition scale. One of our supportive coaches will analyze your results, review your food journal, and educate you on nutrition and behavioral modification techniques. When you are done with your coaching session you will listen to one of our relaxation tapes that have been shown to help fight food cravings, reduce stress, and help with anything that you might have struggled with that week.
At 30/10, our first priority is making sure that you maintain your weight-loss for life. The easiest way to maintain your weight loss is by reaching your ideal body composition –or the muscle mass and fat percentage that decreases your risk for disease and allows your metabolism to function efficiently and effectively. When you get there it is easy to maintain your weight and health.
We will never abandon you. Once you reach your ideal body composition you can join our free maintenance plan. You will get individualized nutritional guidelines and sample meal plans that will teach you how to maintain your weight, your muscle mass, and your body fat percentage. You will have the same access to our body composition scale and our coaches while you are transitioning and working on how to take back control of your weight.
